Liaison Librarians

The Reference & Instruction librarians offer a broad range of information literacy instruction to the University community, from introductory research sessions to advanced research techniques for graduate programs. The librarians are eager to work with faculty to design research projects for classes and to be sure that the library has adequate resources to support assignments.

Academic Success Center

The Academic Success Center (ASC) at the University of Dubuque is located on the second floor in the Charles C. Myers Library. The goal of the Academic Success Center is to empower students and to connect them with the resources necessary to achieve both academic and personal goals. The ASC is equipped with computers, an assortment of software, textbooks, reference books, TextAloud, TV-VCR, books in alternative formats and audio book players.

Multimedia Services

Multimedia Services, located at 100 Van Vliet Hall, supports audio-visual systems and instructional technology on campus. Services include equipment reservations, classroom installations and training, and special event support. Students may check out laptops, projectors and camera gear for in-class use. Student organizations can use sound and video equipment for special events. Media Services can also assist with DVD duplication and production.
