Endnote
EndNote is a bibliographic manager software that helps you to organize resources as you research. It can quickly create works cited lists as well as in-text citations in a variety of formats. EndNote is available on-campus through the Start menu, or off-campus.

Click here for additional information on Endnote including downloading and a library user guide.

Endnote Web
Endnote Web is a web-based version of EndnoteX2 that allows you to access your citations anywhere you access the internet. It can also format citations, footnotes, or a works cited in any style. You can also download a "Cite While You Write" program that will allow you to insert citations from Endnote Web. Creating an account is required, but there is no charge to current UD faculty, staff, and students because the library provides this service.

Here are the differences between the two products: http://endnoteweb.com/encompare.asp
