Spartans to Host 5th Annual Men's Golf Invitational

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque will be hosting their 5th Annual Men's Golf Invitational on Sept. 21-22 at Dubuque Golf and Country Club in Dubuque. Founded in 1898, the Dubuque Golf and Country Club is one of a very select few private country clubs west of the Mississippi that are over 110 years old.
The University of Dubuque will be hosting the following schools in the 2013 invite: Augustana, Central College, Clarke University, Carroll University, Coe College, Fontbonne University, Judson College, Kirkwood Community College, Loras College, Simpson College, Waldorf College, and Finlandia University.
Saturday's tee times begin at 9 a.m. and will continue every nine minutes until the last individual scheduled for 1:39 p.m. Sunday's round will begin with all individuals followed by the highest team total from day 1, with the first day leaders teeing off in the final groupings.
