DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's soccer moved up 39 spots this week in the HERO Sports Week #4 rankings to #7 in the nation for head coach Brad Johnson. 

The Spartans are off to a 6-0 start and have allowed just one goal to be scored against them in 2016. UD has scored 21 goals in 98 shot attempts and have held their opponents to one goal in 46 shots. Luis Gallardo has played all 540 minutes in the net and has a save percentage of .944 after stopping the ball 17 times. He has accumlated five shutouts for the Spartans. 

Offensively, Gonzalo Hernandez Cascante leads the team with eight goals and six assists for 22 points and a shot percentage of .286 and a shot on goal percentage of .643. Teammate Malcolm Phillips scored four goals and assisted on three for 11 points. He has a team high four game winning goals. The duo have combined for 45 shots and 23 shots on goal.
