UD Top-10: No. 7 – Shere Earns All-IIAC After Shooting Lowest Round of Tournament

DUBUQUE, Iowa – Senior Cameron Shere made the most of his first Iowa Conference men’s golf Championship after carding a 70, the best round of the entire tournament, on the final day to finish tied for fourth overall with a 302 and claim All-IIAC honors.

Shere owned the final round of Decorah’s Oneota Golf & Country Club to claim his first career All-IIAC honor. The rest of the Spartans followed suit to shoot a team-best, final round of 294 and finished in fifth-place.

It was Shere’s third Top-5 finish of the season, best on the team, and concluded his lone season in the blue and white.
