University of Dubuque Jazz Ensemble Presents Legends

The University of Dubuque Jazz Ensemble will present Legends on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 7:30 p.m. in Heritage Center’s John and Alice Butler Hall. The concert, presented by the University’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts, will feature student jazz musicians under the direction of Nicholas Bratcher, director of instrumental music at UD.

The Jazz Ensemble, in preparation for their upcoming spring tour, will perform selections from fallen artists from the jazz and popular music genres. The concert will feature a standard big band instrumentation and a student vocalist.
