Men's Soccer Capture Road Win 3-0 Over Beavers

STORM LAKE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's soccer team improved to 8-5-2 overall and 4-2-1 in IIAC action with a 3-0 victory over the Buena Vista University Beavers on Saturday night.
The Spartans scored two first half goals to jump out to an early 2-0 halftime lead. Noah Clarke scored at 3:47 on a cross from Chris Rigby. Dominic Chece scored at 33:38 from an assist from Edvin Loefren. The Beavers held UD to just a goal in the second half, when Chece grabbed a second goal of the evening at 69:14. The Spartans dominated the shots 23-3.
UD will host the Luther College Norse on Oyen Field in Dubuque on Tuesday, Oct. 24 with women's game at 5:00 p.m.followed by the men's game at 7:30 p.m. under the lights for the final regular season game.
