Women's Soccer Bested By Ripon in Overtime

RIPON, Wis. - The University of Dubuque women's soccer played their second straight overtime game on Friday night, this time falling to Ripon College, 2-1.

How it Happened
-UD started on the attack, attempting the first eight shots of the game and scoring on their fifth shot attempt in the 16th minute
-Ripon finally attempted their first shot in the 29th minute
-On Ripon's second shot of the second half, they tied the game at one in the 75th minute
-After Ripon tied the game, UD had four shots on goal before the end of regulation but all four were saved
-Ripon scored on the first and only shot of the second half in the 94th minute.
