Wrestling Earn Placewinners on Opening Weekend

ROCHESTER, Minn./Jacksonville, Ill. - The University of Dubuque split the team and participated in the Rochester Community and Technology College Yellowjacket Open and at the MacMurray College Dr. Bob Kellogg Open.
At the Yellowjacket Open the Spartans top finishers were Ethan Cain placed third at 197 lbs. and Dakota Halverson placed fourth at 285 lbs.
At Dr. Bob Kellogg MacMurray Open the Spartans UD's Mark Griffin won the 165 weight class Cosmo Halwix placed fourth at 285 lbs.
