Laptop and LCD projector reservations are now handled by the Help Desk (563-589-3737)

Media Services has a wide variety of equipment available on loan for faculty, staff and students. Please submit requests at least one week in advance. Equipment must be picked up from the Office of Technology Help Desk (114 Van Vliet) and returned to the same location unless other arrangements are made in advance. Training for equipment is available upon request.

Equipment available for loan includes:

- Mixer/amplifiers, speakers, and portable PA systems
- Vocal and wireless microphones and mic stands
- MiniDV and hard-drive camcorders and tripods

Please note that Media Services does NOT loan equipment for dances, parties, or other social events. The University Program Council also owns audio gear and may be willing to loan their equipment to other student organizations. Contact UPC for more information. 

Classroom Equipment
Classroom equipment varies by room. Click here for a list of A/V equipment listed by building. Please note that TV carts are often shared among more than one classroom, so please contact Media Services at 563-589-3350 to reserve in advance. Please have the following information ready: date, time, classroom, and equipment needed.

Equipment for Students
Equipment such as laptops, LCD projectors and camcorders are available to students working on assignments and other school-related projects. Students are required to complete a loan agreement before checking out equipment.
