Staff

My first career began with a passion for art and art history while I was a student at Lawrence University. After graduating from the University of Kansas with a master's degree in art history, I worked at Mid-America Arts Alliance and ExhibitsUSA in Kansas City, MO, as thier Curator of Education for five years. I was responsible for writing, editing, and compiling a wide range of education material for dozens of traveling art exhibits.
In 2000, I moved back to Dubuque (where I was born and raised) and accepted a tempory position in the office of technology at UD. After several months, I was promoted to a permanent, full time position as Multimedai Specialist, and I have been working at UD ever since! My duties initally focused on managing the campus AV equipment, but have since&npsb; grown to include video production (inculding live webcasts), special event support and technology training for faculty, and staff and students.
