World View Seminar 2008

World View Seminar 2007 For World View Seminar One, students must attend a minimum of ten (10) Campus Life Sessions from at least five (5) categories during the course of the fall 2007 semester. These sessions are designed to introduce students to a variety of out of class experiences. The categories of sessions are:
Athletics
Character
Community
Diversity
Intramurals
Leadership
Learning
Service
Social
Spirituality
Success
Wellness
Students are limited to one event from the social category and one event from the athletics category.

Below is a list of events offered during the fall 2007 semester. In addition to the events listed below you can also get passport credit for the following activities:

Attending a meeting of a registered student organization
You must let the group know that you wish to receive passport credit for it. They will then email the Office of Student Activities that you attended a meeting and you can then stop in the OSA on the 2nd floor Peters Commons to receive your stamp. You are only eligible to receive a stamp once per organization. This counts in the leadership category.

Participating in an intramural sport
Following the conclusion of the sport come to the Office of Recreation and Wellness on the 2nd floor of Peters Commons to have your passport stamped. This counts in the intramurals category.

Be sure to fill in the fields completely on your passport before getting it stamped. Stamps will be given at the conclusion of an event. It is your responsibility to find the individual stamping and receive your passport stamp.
