The Chapel/Alumni Hall - 1907

Formerly known as the "Old Chapel", built in 1907 was attached to the rear of Steffens Hall. It was a gift of Frank H. Peters, a shoe manufacturer in St. Louis, Missouri. When Steffens Hall was razed, The Chapel was retained and renamed Alumni Hall. It is listed on the Register of Historic Places.

Alumni Hall was renovated with funds provided by alumni. It is a versatile structure serving as art gallery, seminar and board room, concert hall, class room and chapel. In 1994, Dr. Edward Aitchison Molitore endowed the future programing and maintenance of the Molitore Gallery.
