Sam has an extensive applied background that includes over 25 years of banking industry experience and he served as the C.E.O. of a publicly held financial holding company. Sam conducts courses in general business, economics, finance, management, human resources, financial institutions and planning.

Dennis served as Chairman of the Executive Officers Committee and Chief Financial Officer for Eagle Point Software; Business Consultant for DG Associates; Budget Analyst for Ertl Company; Finance Manager for Dubuque Data Services; and Commercial Credit Officer for American Trust and Savings Bank. Dennis conducts courses in accounting and finance.

Janet served as Senior Accountant for American Express Tax and Business Services; Manager for Levis & Hullman CPA's; Manager for Rea & Associates CPA's; Accountant for Katz Baltimore & Company; and Accounting Manager for Irving B. Moore Company. Janet conducts courses in financial and managerial accounting, auditing, and applied accounting research.

Eric's research interests are in the general sphere of bio-business. More specifically, he is actively investigating issues relating to organ donors and the allocation of organs in all economic levels of society. He received the Dean’s Teaching Award and was voted the Outstanding Graduate Instructor while completing his doctorate at Purdue University. Eric conducts courses in economics and techniques used in knowledge management.
