UD's Career Services is here to assist you with your advisees and/or enrolled students within your courses. The partnerships between UD faculty and UD's Career Services can combine our strengths and resources in order to achieve the highest benefit for UD students. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the services we provide to students, as well as services we provide for faculty.
LIST OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY CAREER SERVICES: Faculty members are encouraged to refer students to UD's Career Services regarding the following needs, but not limited to: career counseling; career assessments; career exploration; graduate/professional school information and preparation; resume and cover letter assistance; internship planning and review; job search strategies; and interview preparation. INTERESTED IN ASSISTING CAREER SERVICES?
Missing classes can sometimes be unavoidable during the academic year. Before you decide to cancel class, consider another rewarding option for your students. Consider utilizing Career Services Don't Cancel Class Program where we can present on a variety of career related topics adjustable between 50 minutes & an hour & a-half.
Encourage students to attend and engage in the weekly programs of the annual Career Week on-campus held during the spring term.

Co-curricular Study Guide: For students to attain a holistic educational experience, they are encouraged to develop a co-curricular plan that promotes participation in activities, which compliment their in-class academic experiences. This guide can be utilized by students and their advisors to encourage students to help strengthen their educational skills, service, and knowledge.
4 Year Career Development Guide: The following is a list of recommended activities to help your student discover their career interests and achieve those goals of obtaining a career in that interest area. Not all of these activities will be applicable for every student, and some, but these are all activities your students should consider while in college.
