![]() Campus Ministry Activities 2008 Upcoming Events Tuesday Chapel Gathering weekly at 9:30 a.m. in Alumni Hall. Chapel services include contemporary Christian music, Biblical topics relevant for campus life, prayer for personal needs, and a joyful, welcoming atmosphere. Real Life Groups The place to hang out with other students on weeknights in the residence halls. In these small groups you will laugh a lot, develop lasting friendships and learn more about God through Bible study. Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Learn how to "run the race" of faith and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ. FCA is open to both athletes and non-athletes. Lighthouse This lively praise and worship event draws a large crowd to the UD dining hall on Thursday night at 9 p.m. Here is your chance to sing, pray, and get excited with others who are seeking to know God more. Spring Break Mission Trip Travel with us to a place of need where you can serve the poor and assist in Christ's ministry. In recent years our student teams have traveled to a Zulu township in South Africa and a Maya village in Guatemala. Student Conferences Scholarships are available for weekend spiritual retreats throughout the year.
Community Outreach Help people in need through local service projects such as the "Crop Walk," Dubuque Gospel Mission, and Habitat for Humanity.
