Learn which organizations will be there and plan which ones you want to visit
Even if the organization is not looking for your particular major currently, ask about possibilities for future openings in your major or other areas
Know your career goals
Develop a one minute introduction (name; interest in their organization; examples of how your interests match the organization's needs; tell what you have to offer the employer; and find out with whom you should follow-up if interested in the position)
