Allergy Shots

Students who are under their personal physician's treatment for allergies and are required to continue treatment with allergy shots, even thought their physician is not located in Dubuque, can have their treatment administered and monitored by Finley Occupational Health.

The student needs to present their physician's order and medication to Finley Occupational Health along with an address and phone number from their personal physician.

Charges for administering the medication is not covered by the University and will be billed to your specific insurance or directly to you.
