Charges

Visits to Finley Occupational Health, which includes an assessment by a nurse practitioner or physician, are paid for by University of Dubuque (UD) (FREE to student). Tests, such as lab or x-ray, and visits to the Emergency Department are the responsibility of the student.  Charges will be filed with the student's insurance plan.

All students must show UD Student ID and Health Insurance Card to obtain service.
