Hatha Yoga: Yoga is the well-rounded practice of poses and postures that encompass balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Yoga is open to EVERYONE including all ages, physiques and coordination levels. Come and experience both the energy and relaxation yoga can provide.

ABC's (Arms, Butt, & Core): A class for a beginner or intermediate that combines aerobic exercise with stretching and sculpting. Introductions will be made to different aspects of fitness including step, weights, stability ball and jump ropes. Guaranteed to keep your heart-rate and spirits high!

Pilates: Uses efficient exercises using fewer repetitions while striving for precision with each exercise (quality not quantity). It is simple enough for beginners, becoming more challenging as one progresses. Uses smooth flowing movements that tone and stretch the body while increasing strength and flexibility. Activates the mind by developing and increasing awareness of breath and body.

Intense Cardio Mix: This will be a 45 minute class, which will include about 25-30 minutes of a higher intensity cardio workout and about 15-20 minutes of some weights and abs. The class will change up weekly and can include kickboxing, jumping jacks, jump rope, jogging, plyometrics, etc... It will be very fun, but challenging so be ready for a good workout!

Boot Camp: A total body conditioning class that incorporates strength training, cardio endurance, and athletic drills. The class is great for people trying to achieve overall fitness. It can be as intense as you want it to be, but you should plan on leaving sweaty!
