Basic information:

  • Contest will be open to ALL UD students, faculty, and staff
  • Contest will be held over a 7-week period
  • Prizes will be awarded to the "healthiest" , "most improved" and "attendance"

Important Dates:
Monday, June  14-
Introduction meeting 5:30pm
Wednesday, June 16 - weigh in, heart rate check 
Thursday, July 29- final day re-tested to see your progress.
