PE Requirement

      Students do not receive any credit for participating in activities, but they do fulfill the PE requirement by participating in activities. This is called the Core Curriculum Physical Education Requirement. Students may use Wellness, Fitness, and Intramurals Program activities to complete their PE requirement either alone or in combination with a 1-credit PED course.

• To fulfill the PE requirement using only Wellness, Fitness, and Intramurals Program activities, students must participate in at least 16 hours of physical activity over at least 16 weeks.
• To fulfill the PE requirement using Wellness, Fitness, and Intramurals Program activities in combination with a 1-credit PED course, students must participate in Wellness, Fitness, and Intramurals Program activities for at least 8 hours of physical activity over at least 8 weeks. 

    Once you have completed the requirement make an appointment to stop by my office, top floor of Peters Commons and pick-up the appropriate form to take to the Registrar.
