Sportsmanship Awards

University of Dubuque Intramural Sportsmanship Award

This award was developed in relation to the University of Dubuque's Mission and Values along with the Wendt Character Initiative. In recreation/intramurals this award is given to people encouraging moral and ethical behavior, practicing Christian principles, and those appreciating diversity. Currently, the award is a t-shirt. It is awarded to the individual(s) after the duration of the activity/sport. During 2007-2008, over 80 UD students, faculty, and staff received this award.
