Transcripts of Record

Upon written request, students may obtain official copies of their permanent academic records from the Office of the Registrar.

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, transcripts cannot be released when requested by telephone or email. Requests for transcripts should be accompanied by $5 for each copy desired. Official transcripts will be provided free of charge to students applying for admission to the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. Students may secure unofficial copies of their permanent record for the usual copying charge.

Degree Verifications
