Access to Campus Buildings
To improve building security, the University utilizes a computerized access system for several buildings on campus. You must have your University ID card with you at all times and available to a University official if requested. Do not provide access to unauthorized personnel who attempt to enter residence halls or other campus buildings. Ask any strangers in the building who they are visiting or if you can provide assistance to help them find that person. If you are uncomfortable doing so, contact Safety and Security. Please be advised that there are certain policies regarding access to residence halls. See the section below entitled “Campus Policies” for more information.
