5:00 p.m. JV Competition Begins (2-2-2 Matches with Riding Time)
Thursday, February 15th
8:00am Varsity Weigh-ins/skin checks
10:00 a.m. Varsity Championship Quarter Finals Begin (No breaks)
Mats #1 and Mat #2 (McCormick Gymnasium – upper level)
Mat #3, and Mat #4 (Stoltz Gymnasium – lower level)
1:30 p.m. (approx.) Championship Semi-Finals on Mats #1 and #2
1:30 p.m. (approx.) Consolation Semi-Finals on Mats #3 and #4
2:30 p.m. (approx.) Placings and Wrestle Backs on Mats #1-4
4:00 p.m. We will begin setting up mat for championship finals and ask everyone to vacate McCormick Gym so our staff can clean the area and prepare for the TV coverage. Gymnasium will open back-up at 5:45 p.m.
6:30 p.m. IIAC Championships Grand March (Top-6 place winners)
7:00 p.m. IIAC Championship Finals (live on Iowa Public TV)
Following the conclusion of the finals, we will line-up the student-athletes
on the podium by weight class for pictures and hand out their medals.
