University of Dubuque Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans

The University of Dubuque has in place a standard set of Emergency Response Procedures that address natural disasters and other incidents that could have impact on the campus community. Additionally, the University has a Crisis Management Plan that provides protocol for response to critical incidents that impact students.

Should a University State of Emergency be declared, specific University departments and personnel will immediately begin implementing the appropriate measures to respond to the emergency or crisis, safeguard persons and property, and maintain educational facilities. Information would immediately be disseminated to the University community through multiple communication systems (e-mail, voicemail, personal communication).

For more specific information on Emergency/Crisis procedures, please click on the appropriate link to review the Emergency Response Manual or the Crisis Management Plan.
