Why are we called Sylvia's you ask?

Sylvia's Common Ground is named in memory of Sylvia Fein Farber who passed way in October 1991. An avid reader who always had a book at her side, she started her day in the kitchen, coffee in hand, working crossword puzzles. Neighbors and friends were always welcome in Sylvia's kitchen as they will be at this coffee house.
