Beverages

Our coffee beans are purchased from a small company known as Alakef Coffee in Duluth, Mn. They are a fair-trade coffee roaster and provide us with the best quality beans possible. We grind the beans ourselves right before brewing a pot and use filtered water in the brewing process. This enables us to provide you with fresh, full flavored coffee. Come join us for a cup!

Brewed Coffee

Brazil - A delicate, medium bodied Freshly Brewed Coffee with a nutty flavor
Columbian - Extremely well-balanced cup; complex, deep and distinctive
Costa Rica - A full-bodied, nutty flavored coffee with bright acidity
Ethiopia - Bold, creamy, chocolaty and balanced
French Roast - Traditional dark roast, rich, bittersweet and smoky with a bite
Kenya - Bright acidity, complex and crisply rich, full bodied with wild acidity
Mexico - A light cut with tones of fruit and nuttiness
Tanzanian - Intense flavor, rich and full-bodied, with low acidity, a hint of wine and a complex finish
Panama - Rich and lively, with gentle acidity and heavier body
Uganda - A bright roast, fairly balanced. A smooth cup giving heavy body with medium acidity
Butter Rum - Rich buttered rum taste and aroma
Cinnamon Hazelnut - Nutty, spicy, and creamy
French Caramel - Buttery sweet vanilla and caramel
