In addition to A/V equipment installed in classrooms, there is also a wide variety of equipment available on loan for faculty, staff and students. All equipment must be reserved to ensure availability. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Classroom Equipment

Classroom equipment varies by room. Click here for a list of A/V equipment listed by building. Please note that TV/VCR/DVD carts are often shared among more than one classroom, so be sure to make a reservation by completing the Equipment Reservation Form, or calling Media Services at 589-3350. Please have the following information ready: date, time, classroom, and equipment needed. Equipment must be picked up from the Charles C. Myers Library circulation desk and returned to the same unless other arrangements are made in advance. Training for equipment is available upon request.

Students

Equipment such as laptops, LCD projectors, and digital cameras are available to students working on school-related projects. Students are required to complete a Loan Reservation Form before checking out equipment.
