Bryan Mours was selected to lead the University of Dubuques mens and womens tennis programs in January 2009.

Mours is a Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. native and attended Wisconsin Rapids Assumption High School. During his collegiate career, he played for two seasons at the University of Northern Iowa and is a 2000 UNI graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education Social Science, with an emphasis in United States History, Geography, and Psychology.

His tennis teaching career began in 1994 when he began his affiliation with Bulls Eye Country Club in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Mours served as the Head Tennis Professional at the club until 1997. From 2003 to 2004 he was served as Head Tennis Instructor of the Pleasant Hill Parks and Recreation Department in Pleasant Hill, IA. In 2006, Mours served as the tournament director for the United States Tennis Association Pella Junior Open.

His coaching career began in 2000 when he piloted the Wolverines of Dike-New Hartford for one season. In 2003, Mours took the reigns of the boys tennis program at Pella High School. During his tenure at Pella High, Mours had nine state tournament qualifiers in five seasons, with four top-four individual finishes for four consecutive seasons and his 2004 Dutch squad won the Little Hawkeye Conference title. In four of his seasons at Pella, his teams received the Iowa High School State Athletic Association's Academic Team Award for having a combined grade point average above 3.25. Mours possesses a 66% career high school winning percentage in IAHSAA competition.

Mours moved to the collegiate coaching ranks in June 2007 when he accepted a position as the head mens and womens tennis coach at Central College in Pella, IA. In a year and a half stint with the Dutch, Mours teams never finished lower than 3rd in the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) and had 12 academic all-conference players. He piloted the Central men to a 13-13 dual mark and a third-place Iowa Conference finish. The Central women placed third in the league both years as well and compiled a 21-12-1 dual record.

His 2007 womens squad received a #16 Central Region ranking from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), which was the first such ranking for the Dutch Women in school history. In the fall of 2008, he piloted the Dutch Women to their second straight third-place finish at the conference team tournament Oct. 10-11 in Iowa City. Central advanced at least one entry into the semifinals of each of the five flights at the leagues individual tournament (Flights A, B and C singles; Flights A and B doubles).
