Welcome to online registration for UD For Kids 2008.

This application will guide you through the steps  needed to complete your registration.
Please Note: In addition to the online registration form you will need to click the links below to  download the following forms:
1. Contact Information and Release form. This form must be completed signed and returned along with your payment.
2. Payment form. This form must be sent in immediately to complete registration.
3. Scholarship Application. This form must be completed and returned with your payment if you wish to apply for a scholarship to UD For Kids.
4. Pick Up and Drop Off instructions. These instructions will tell where and when your child may be dropped off and picked up.
