Men's Tennis Drops Match to IIAC Leader Coe College

DUBUQUE, Iowa- The University of Dubuque men's tennis team hosted the 36th ranked Coe College Kohawks on Thursday evening, dropping the match 0-9.

Despite the loss, Justin Castro has been impressive this year and now has a record of 9-3 in singles matches and 8-2 in doubles. Ranfer Hernandez and Mathew Sablay are both well over the .500 mark this season in singles as well. Sablay is 10-5 on the year, while Hernandez is 9-5. Those two pair up in double's action and hold a mark of 8-4.

The Spartans host crosstown rival, Loras College next Wednesday, April 19th. The match is set to being at 3:00 at Frank Farber's Courts at the University of Dubuque.
