Aitchison Hall - Wide
Aitchison Hall

Aitchison Hall is one of three freshman residence halls on campus. It is located on the north end of campus adjacent to Peters Commons. Aitchison Hall has two female floors and two male floors. A common lounge area separates the floors.  

         

Donnell Hall - Wide
Cassat Hall

Cassat Hall is one of three freshman residence halls. Cassat Hall is located near the Chlapaty Recreation and Wellness Center, the football field and the other athletic fields. The residence hall is co-ed, with one floor dedicated to women and three floors for men.

Chlapaty Hall

Chlapaty Hall is the newest residence hall at the University of Dubuque having opened in the fall of 2014. Typically, sophomore students occupy this building. The facility incorporates a pod-style design intended to bolster close-knit communities within the building. The 4-story structure is designed with 11 pods that include 7 double bedrooms.

 

Cassatt Hall - Wide
Donnell Hall

Donnell Hall is one of three freshman residence halls on campus. It is located near the Chlapaty Recreation and Wellness Center, the football field and the other athletic fields. The residence hall is co-ed, with one floor dedicated to women and three floors for men. Donnell was built in 1967 and remodeled in 2003.

 
   

Park Village Apartments - Wide
Park Village Apartments 

Park Village consists of six apartment building, with three of those building containing three floors of apartments and three of the building containing four floors. Each of the apartment buildings are designed for upper-class undergraduate students. The apartments were built into the campus's sloping topography and have walk-in access on two levels. Seminary Townhouses - wide
Seminary Townhouses

The Seminary Townhouses are located on Collins Street, next to the University Park Village. The townhouses consist of 32 three or four-bedroom, two story units that are equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove, a dishwasher, air conditioning, and a one car garage. Seminary Village houses seminary students, graduate students, and select undergraduate students.
