A Sweet Musical Treat Coming to Campus with Dessert Pops

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque's Department of Fine and Performing Arts will present Dessert Pops at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2024, in Blades Chapel, Blades Hall.
Dessert Pops will include modern pop and musical theater performances by students in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts. The performance will be under the direction of Kristen Eby, MM, head of the Department of Fine and Performing Arts, director of choral activities, and associate professor of music.
A variety of delicious desserts will be served during this special music benefit that will support UD's music program. Freewill donations will be accepted.
"Dessert Pops is a great opportunity for UD students to showcase their individual talents and perform modern favorites in a fun atmosphere," Eby said. "The desserts are the cherry on top, so to speak!"
Dessert Pops is free and open to the public. No ticket is required.
