Spring Convocation

The University of Dubuque will celebrate its eighth annual Spring Convocation at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in John and Alice Butler Hall, Heritage Center.

Alumnus Joshua D. Terrell (C'10, MBA'11) will deliver the convocation address. Also returning to provide musical leadership include alumnae Adrianna Johnson (C'15), Tiffany Williams (C'18, MIM'20), Chai Miles (C'20), and Diamond Purchase (C'24).

This convocation officially opens spring semester while embracing Christian hospitality that welcomes cultural and global diversity making UD a special place.

Spring Convocation replaces classes and co-curricular activities scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This is a general seating event beginning at 10:15 a.m. Please arrive early to find a seat. For those who cannot attend in-person, Spring Convocation will be streamed live at YouTube.com/UDBQMedia.
