Spartans Finish 3-1 at IIAC/NACC Crossover Challenge

DUBUQUE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque volleyball finished the IIAC /NACC Crossover Challenge with a 3-1 record after finishing the final day with two wins. Senior Klaudia Basierak was named to the All-Tournament Team for the Spartans. The Spartans improved their overall record to 9-8 and were led by Baseriak who finished the week with 82 kills. She led all players the opening day with 38 kills/4.75 kills per set.
The Spartans dominated the first day with 17 service aces or 2.12 per set to lead all teams in one half of the IIAC/NACC Crossover Challenge. The Spartans Alyssa Cose led UD with five service aces. UD ranked second in opponent hitting percentage with a low .115 and ranked third in digs with 140.
