How It Happened
- Tiffan Limmex attempted the first shot of the game by either team in the second minute but it sailed wide left of the net
-Limmex attempted the Spartans first shot on goal in the sixth minute but it was saved by Beth Crow
-In the overtimes, all four of UD’s shot went on net but all four were saved by the Wartburg keeper. Three of those shots were attempted by Isabelle Robinson
-In a game that ended scoreless, both offenses were still very active. UD attempted 11 total shots and Wartburg attempted 20
-Despite the heavy attack from the Wartburg offense, the Spartan defense held strong and goalkeeper Victoria Roethler saved everything that came her way, grabbing 13 Wartburg shots.
