B2wins to Present ‘Home Together for the Holidays’

Dec 11, 2020

DUBUQUE, Iowa – University of Dubuque Heritage Center has partnered with B2wins to bring Home Together for the Holidays to audiences at the push of a button.

Tickets are available now for digital access to Home Together for the Holidays at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18; Saturday, Dec. 19; and Friday, Dec. 25. A portion of each ticket purchased will benefit Heritage Center.

Brazilian twin brothers Walter and Wagner Caldas will gather around a piano to share holiday favorites in the style one expects from the powerhouse group B2wins. Home Together for the Holidays will be the largest interactive livestream event for B2wins and will feature music, stories, games, prizes, inspiration, and a few surprises.

B2wins, with their distinctive appearance and signature sound, have become a favorite with Heritage Center audiences after several live performances on campus over the past few years. The group features an electric violin and ukulele with vocals. B2wins play a variety of genres, integrating humor and lively audience participation.

The twins, who grew up in the violent slums of Brazil, broke the mold of society by using music as a movement to bring about positive change. They defeated violence, poverty, depression, and cancer. Now they are on a mission to make the world smile again. B2wins believe music is what can bring people together in the toughest times.

Ticket price for digital access to Home Together for the Holidays is $10 per household. To purchase a ticket, please visit www.bit.ly/b2winsholiday. All ticketed patrons will be able to access the livestream date purchased on demand through Thursday, Dec. 31.

The performance is part of a new Heritage Center series called Full-Length Features.
