Spartans to Host IIAC Baseball Tournament

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA - The University of Dubuque will be the host school for the 2013 Iowa Conference Baseball Tournament to be held at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Cedar Rapids on May 9-11. The Top-6 finishers in league play will compete in the double elimination tournament with the winner receiving the automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Regional Championships.

The champion of the Iowa Conference Baseball Tournament will receive the IIAC’s automatic berth into the 2013 NCAA Division III Baseball Championships.
The regional round of the championship will take place at eight sites May 15-19 with regional champions advancing to the finals.
