Spartans Travel to Iowa Conference Championships

The University of Dubuque track and field team heads to the Iowa Conference Championships this weekend in Pella, Iowa, hosted by Central College. The IIAC Indoor Championships takes place on Friday, February 23 and Saturday, February 24th in Central College’s H.S Kuyper Fieldhouse. The UD men’s team will look to defend their 2017 IIAC Indoor Championship.

Butler Announced as Inaugural Inductee into NSAF’s HOF

The National Scholastic Athletics Foundation (NSAF), a non-profit organization created to support and promote high school-age track and field, announced the inaugural class of the new National High School Track and Field Hall of Fame. Featuring the sport’s immortal legends like Solomon Butler, Jesse Owens and Jim Ryun, to all-time greats like Steve Prefontaine and Mary Decker Slaney, to current Olympic superstar Allyson Felix -- the inaugural class will feature 30 athletes, coaches and contributors spanning 11 decades of excellence in high school track and field.

2018 NCAA Division III Wrestling Lower Midwest Region

The University of Dubuque Spartans Wrestling will be competing at the NCAA Division III Lower Midwest Regional on February 24-25, 2018 at Five Flags Arena. The 17 teams competing include: Augustana College (Illinois), Buena Vista University, Central College, Coe College, Cornell College, Huntingdon College, Loras College, Luther College, MacMurry College, Millikin University, Nebraska Wesleyan University, North Central College, Simpson College, University of Dubuque, University of the Ozarks (Arkansas), Wartburg College, and Westminster College (Missouri).

Men's Basketball End Season on Senior Day
