Men's Golf in 10th After Opening Round of Clarke Invite

PEOSTA, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's golf team opened with a round of 329 at the 2016 Clarke University Fall Invitational on Sunday afternoon. UD sits in 10th place after the first round and will continue at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 26 at Thunder Hills Country Club.
Lane Hawkins led the Spartans with a score of 76 (tied for 9th overall). Nicholas Kaufman is tied for 39th after shooting a first round 82. Nathaniel Jackson is tied for 53rd after a round of 84, Avery Brandt is tied for 65th with a round of 87, and Cameron Uppmann sits at 76th after finishing Sunday with a score of 94.
