2016 Washington University Active Ankle Invitational
ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The University of Dubuque will be travelling south to play in the Washington University Active Ankle Invitational in the WU Field House on Oct. 21-22. The Bears host the Spartans, Illinois Wesleyan University, Bowdoin College, University of Texas-Dallas, UW-Eau Claire, Millikin University, and Wittenberg University.
UD will open play against Illinois Wesleyan University on Friday at 2:00 p.m. and will wrap up the night against #17-ranked Washington University at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, the Spartans open action at 9:30 a.m. against #25 UW-Eau Claire before finishing the day against Millikin University at 11:30 a.m.
UD will return home to face the Wartburg College Knights on Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m. on Davison Court in Stoltz Sports Center in the final match-up in Iowa Conference play before the IIAC Tourney begins on Nov. 3 at U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
