iLuminate Your Groundhog Day at Heritage Center

DUBUQUE, Iowa – University of Dubuque Heritage Center continues its fourth annual Live at Heritage Center Performing Arts Series with iLuminate on Thursday, Feb. 2, at 7:30 p.m. This futuristic dance group debuted their state-of-the-art style on America’s Got Talent (AGT) and has been dropping jaws on their road tours ever since.

iLuminate wowed the nation with their ground-breaking light suits on AGT and then took to the road, performing for awestruck crowds around the world. Music, art, and the technological magic of iLuminate brings audiences a story of adventure and romance told through dance styles ranging from ballet, jazz, and contemporary, to hip hop, popping and locking, and B-boying – all using the power of light.

iLuminate is an entertainment company based on the fusion of technology and dance featuring entertainers who perform in the dark to create the ultimate performing arts experience. Founded by dancer and software engineer Miral Kotb, iLuminate's technology enables performers, choreographers, engineers, technicians, wardrobe stylists, and artistic directors to collaborate and produce explosive performances with customized wireless lighting programs. iLuminate's electrifying, glow-in-the-dark suits create an experience unique to the company’s brand unlike any other dance show. Extra-ordinary lighting effects choreographed to phenomenal dance moves take viewers on an exhilarating ride.
