Women's Soccer Receives NSCAA Ethics Award

The University of Dubuque Women's Soccer team has been awarded the 2012 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Team Ethics Award. The Spartans earned the Silver Award for receiving no red cards and no more than five yellow cards accumulated during the season.

The University of Dubuque Wrestling team posted the most lopsided victory in school history with a 57-0 victory over Simpson College. The Spartans dominated the home opener winnings six matches by fall, three by forfeit, and one by decision. Ryan Warczynski recorded the quickest fall of the day earning the takedown just 52 seconds into his match at 157 lbs.
