Men's Golf Slip to 5th After Opening Weekend of IIAC

IOWA CITY, Iowa - The University of Dubuque men's golf sit in fifth place after the opening two rounds of the 2016 IIAC Men's Golf Championships. The Spartans shot an opening round of 315 and a 316 on the second round at Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City.
Cameron Shere is tied for 10th overall after shooting back-to-back rounds of 77. Anders Haukoos sits tied for 16th after finishing with a score of 158.
The Spartans will move their game to Decorah for the final two rounds on April 29-30. Just 29 shots seperate the top-5 squads entering the final weekend of action.
