Green Named CCIW Player of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Terrance Green of the UD men’s lacrosse team has been named CCIW Defensive Player of the Week for his play during the week of 3/12-3/18.
Green, a freshman from St. Louis, Missouri helped the Spartans go 1-1 on the week with a 12-6 win over Northwestern (Minn.). In the win over Northwestern, Green helped spark the Spartans big second half, winning 8-of-9 face-offs as UD scored seven of the game’s final eight goals.
Green is the first Spartan to win CCIW Player of the Week honors this season and the first since Michael Julius earned the honors on 4/3/2017.
UD returns home on Tuesday to take on Illinois Wesleyan at 7:30 p.m.
