Schneiderman Tabbed 2018 Preseason All-American

MINNEAPOLIS–SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Nathan Schniederman was named to the 2018 Second Team D3baseball.com Preseason All-American Team on Wednesday.
Schneiderman, a junior from German Valley, Illinois, posted a 0.47 ERA in 2017, with a 6-1 record and five saves. His 0.47 ERA lead the Iowa Conference and was third in the Iowa Conference in saves. He saw action in 15 games with one start and totaled 38 innings. Schneiderman surrendered just 18 hits and two earned runs in his sophomore season, while striking out 42 batters.
Schneiderman was the lone player from the Iowa Conference to be named to the preseason All-American team.
The Spartans will look to carry the momentum over from one of the best seasons in school history when they start the 2018 season on March 2nd when they take on Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois.
