Spartans Prepare for IIAC Duals in Storm Lake

STORM LAKE, Iowa - The University of Dubuque will wrestle in one half of the Iowa Conference Duals at host the Buena Vista University Beavers on Saturday, Jan 20. UD will face the host Beavers in the opening round at 9:00 a.m. In the second round, UD will wrestle top-ranked Wartburg College Knights. In the third round the Spartans will face the #10-ranked Central College Dutch. The other five IIAC teams (Coe, Loras, Luther, Nebraska Wesleyan and Simpson) will face off against each other at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.

Weigh-In at 8:00 a.m. (Wrestling Room)
Wrestling Begins at 9:00 a.m. on three Mats
Round 1- 9:00 a.m.
Mat 1: BVU vs Dubuque
Mat 2: Wartburg vs Central
Mat 3: Exhibition Matches
Round 2- Following completion of Round 1 (Approx. 11 AM)
Mat 1: BVU vs Central

Mat 3: Exhibition Matches
Round 3- Following completion of Round 2 (Approx. 1 PM)
Mat 1: BVU vs Wartburg
Mat 2: Central vs Dubuque
Mat 3: Exhibition Matches
*Mats 1 and 2 will be streamed on Trackcast and video review is available.
Teams will be granted on 1 video challenge per dual meet.
