Baseball Busy Over Spring Break

TUCSON, Ariz. - The University of Dubuque baseball team will leave the snow packed city of Dubuque for the warmth of Arizona for 2019 spring break. The Spartans will play in the Tucson Invitational Games at Kino Sports Complex and will play seven varsity and three varsity reserves contests.
Under the guidance of head coach Paul Wyczawski, the Spartans are coming off the program’s first conference regular season and tournament titles in 2018, For their efforts the Spartans have been tabbed as the favorites of the American Rivers Conference for the 2019 season. The Spartans return experience all over the diamond with six all-conference performers in 2018 returning, five of which are seniors in 2019 (Nathan Schneiderman and Chase Kueter, Jack Lasswell, Jarad Clevenger, Justin Jensen and Thomas Kempf).
